Your existing pool shell stays. The old brick coping and tile come out, the bottom returns are sealed and two new wall returns added, a new 32" main drain goes in, then new travertine or marble coping, Alice Blue glass waterline tile, a fresh Florida Stucco Sky Blue finish and a new Jandy variable-speed pump and cartridge filter.

One fixed scope that renews everything you see and touch in the pool while keeping the shell you already have: the plumbing returns and main drain brought up to date, new coping and waterline tile on a reinforced, waterproofed beam, a new interior finish and a new energy-saving pump and filter.

Potential advantages

Keeps your pool, renews the look. No excavation: the existing shell stays, so the work is faster and cleaner than a rebuild.
Safer, better circulation. A new 32" main drain to current code, bottom pop-ups sealed and two new wall returns for even water flow.
A finish that lasts. Florida Stucco Sky Blue with a 10-year material warranty, plus 28 days of weekly start-up service by our team.
Built not to leak. The pool beam is reinforced with bonded cement and waterproofed with Basecrete before the new tile and coping go on.
Lower power bills. A Jandy 1.65HP variable-speed pump and a 200 sf cartridge filter on new pads with new Neverlube valves.

Limitations to resolve

The deck in the renders is optional. The images show the new travertine deck, an add-on priced below. The base price keeps your current deck.
Permits are optional add-ons. Engineering and the all-inclusive permit pack are listed below and are not in the $20,500 total.
Hidden conditions. Hollow spots, encased fittings or a high water table found once the pool is drained may need a change order.
Curing. The new finish needs daily brushing by you during the first 28 days, with no vacuuming.
